We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

There is no reference to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: it was shut down on 20 July 2025 after Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
